As part of our commitment to supporting customers to unlock the greatest outcomes from technology and data we are delighted to bring this training session that explores the skills needed to influence others.

Many people in organisations have great ideas which fail to get off the ground because they’re unable to get buy-in from the right stakeholders. In this 30-minute skills session, you’ll learn why it’s difficult to influence others and how to get your message noticed. We’ll then explore writing a message for the recipient rather than the sender, and finish with a practical message structure which you can use for spoken and written communications as you try to influence others.
